All of the product you love at Nail Stickrs are hand made-to-order.  Although we are constantly making new products, some of our products are made in many different sizes and colors.  Therefore we ask all of our customers to give our working hands 2-3 business days to create the perfect product.  Also if you have any special requests, they might delay the time frame a day or so.  Yet when you place a custom order, the customer service rep in which you are in contact with will give you a date of shipment so that you know when to expect your order.

Returns & Exchanges

Your complete satisfaction is our goal. If you feel that you have received a defective product and want a replacement, email us at support@NailStickrs.com to inquire about a replacement. If you’re not satisfied with your product and want a refund, contact us within 7 days of the received date for a refund. We ask that you send the item(s) back to us at:

Please include a copy of your emailed receipt with your returned product. Upon receipt of your item(s), we will issue an immediate refund. Please note: Refunds do not include original shipping charges.
